This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Capblock S.L. ("Company," "we," or "Litsail VPN") regarding the use of the Litsail VPN application and related services (the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Service Definition and Scope

Litsail VPN is a virtual private network service designed to protect your online privacy, encrypt your internet connection, and help you access global content. This Agreement applies to your access and use of the Litsail VPN software, website, and all related services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by that organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your account password confidential and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or violates others' privacy or copyright.
• Send unsolicited advertising or spam.
• Distribute viruses, trojans, worms, or other malware.
• Engage in hacking, port scanning, DDoS attacks, or other activities that disrupt the Service.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including downloading or uploading copyrighted content without authorization.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these terms.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Due to the complexity of the internet environment, the speed and quality of the Service may be affected by factors such as network congestion, device performance, and geographical location.

6. Intellectual Property

Litsail VPN and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, images, text, logos) are the property of Capblock S.L. and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capblock S.L. and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be first attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
