Service Terms

These Service Terms ("Terms") supplement the User Agreement and specifically govern the subscription, payment, refunds, and service levels of Litsail VPN.

1. Subscription Service

Litsail VPN offers various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, annual). By subscribing, you gain unlimited access to our premium servers, faster speeds, and priority technical support for the duration of the subscription.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through the account settings of the app store where you purchased the service (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

2. Pricing and Payment

The price of the service is as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not directly collect your payment information.

  • Prices may include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes depending on your region.
  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect your current subscription period and will only take effect upon the next renewal (with prior notice).

3. Refund Policy

Since our services are primarily sold through third-party app stores, refund policies are generally subject to the terms of those platforms:

  • Apple App Store: All refund requests for purchases made via iOS must be directed to Apple. We cannot process refunds for the Apple payment system.
  • Google Play Store: For purchases made via Android, you can request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. If you encounter special circumstances, please contact info@gfan.io, and we will assist on a case-by-case basis.
  • Other Channels: If you purchased through other channels, please refer to the refund policy of that channel.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We are committed to providing high-availability VPN services. Our goal is to maintain 99.9% server uptime. In the event of planned maintenance, we will notify users in advance.

If the service becomes unavailable for an extended period due to reasons on our end, we will provide compensation in the form of service extension to affected subscribers on a case-by-case basis.

We provide technical support via email. Our support team strives to respond within 24 hours of receiving a request.

6. Third-Party Links

Our service or website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for and do not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You access these links at your own risk.

7. Changes Notification

We reserve the right to modify these Service Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
